Our UK based online production music library is available to license via PRS for Music and is pre-cleared worldwide in perpetuity for all media, either under a broadcaster blanket, an IPC agreement or via the PRS Production Music Rate Card.

How we use your information
Twisted Jukebox is committed to protecting our customer privacy and takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information very seriously. We will be clear and transparent about the information we are collecting and what we will do with that information.

We currently do NOT use any software or apps to collect data when people visit our website. We do not use cookies, retartgetting pixels. We do however use google analytics but that is anonymous data.
2. People who use our service and sign up to download music
Our download service is only available to clients who work within the Television, Advertising, Radio, Film or Film trailer production indsutry. When you sign up for this service, please do so using your work email address and work contact information. Your data is then held by our 3rd party player supplier Harvest media, who are a GDPR compliant company. No personal data is held by us at Twisted Jukebox.
We have to hold the details of the people who have requested to use our download service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use information we hold about people who have requested to download music from us, to inform them of new music releases placed on the player. When people do subscribe to our services, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.
To cancel subscription and have all data deleted, or request what data we hold on you please click on the 'Need Help' link below to email our data oficer. We will either supply or delete data (depending on which option you request, within 10 working days.)
